What We're Looking For:

  • Performers: Actors, singers, dancers, and musicians with a passion for theatre and opera.  

  • Creative Team Members: Directors, stage managers, designers, and other creative professionals who want to collaborate on innovative productions.

  • Summer Interns/Apprentices: Positions available in associate producer/marketing, fundraising, associate direction, musical direction, vocal coaching, stage management, and production assistance.

​​PRODUCER - PERFORMING ARTS

The Producer-Performing Arts is responsible for managing the logistical and organizational aspects of NST’s productions. This includes supporting artistic teams, coordinating schedules, and ensuring the smooth execution of performances. More Details

PRODUCTION ASSISTANT/STAGE MANAGER

The Production Assistant is responsible for supporting and overseeing the operations of NST’s productions, including lighting, sound, rehearsal and backstage management. This role provides hands-on experience in rehearsal and stage management, offering participants the opportunity to work directly with technical professionals. More Details

FUNDRAISER

The Fundraiser is responsible for supporting NST’s fundraising initiatives and community outreach efforts. This role focuses on donor engagement, grant writing, and event coordination to help secure financial resources and foster relationships with stakeholders. More Details

COMMUNITY RELATIONS DIRECTOR

The Community Relations Director is responsible for supporting NST’s inclusive programming and outreach initiatives, particularly within artistically underserved communities. This role will involve planning and executing engagement activities, fostering connections with community groups, and promoting equity in the arts. More Details

PROFESSIONAL TRAINING INSTRUCTOR

The Professional Training Instructor is responsible for supporting arts-based workshops and community outreach programs. This role includes assisting lead facilitators in planning and executing creative training workshops for emerging artists and community participants. More Details

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT 

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting NST’s day-to-day operations, including fundraising efforts, event planning, and community engagement activities. This role is essential to the smooth functioning of NST and provides valuable insights into nonprofit arts management. More Details
