Guidelines and Policies

Please read these gaudiness and policies before submitting your registration.     A copy of this will also be provided before the start of the program.


Guidelines and Policies Agreement 2010

Attendance

Participants will be required to sign in and out whenever they enter or leave the premises. Good attendance and punctuality are expected. If you need to be absent or late, please inform the stage manager.    If a student is late more than once without notification, they will be reminded of their responsibility to notify the stage manager. If the student is a minor the parent or guardian will be reminded of this. Frequent unexplained lateness or absence will be addressed with the Artistic Director and may be dealt with as a possible matter of misconduct.

Conduct

Participants are expected to behave responsibly at all times and to follow instructions without difficulty. Consequences of frequent mis-conduct can include expulsion from the program at the expense of the participant.    There will be zero tolerance for violence, bullying or inappropriate behaviour.   In this event, the participant will be removed from the program with no refund of tuition fees.

Cancellation

Cancellation Refunds:

95% until June 15 2010
85% until July 5, 2010;
50% until July 9, 2010

Liability

We are trained professionals in education and will always look out for the health and safety of all persons working or participating in the camp program. No Strings Theatre Productions does not assume any liability for accidental injury of participants or staff or the loss/damage of any personal property for the duration of the program.. The First Unitarian Congregation does not assume any liability in the event of accidental injury to any of the participants or staff while on the premises of 175 St. Clair Ave. W. When in the Al Green Theatre, all participants and staff must follow the guidelines of the theatre which will be explained at the time of entry into the theatre. It is the responsibility of the participant or parent/guardian to disclose all medical conditions of the participant to the program directors prior to the beginning of the program.

Programs

Times and programs are subject to change.   No Strings Theatre Company reserves the right to alter any programs or activities for reasons of health, safety, program-planning, etc.

Privacy

No Strings Theatre reserves the right to use photographs/video material of the participants for promotional purposes such as web site, brochures, displays and in house archives (staff, students, parents). All personal information collected will be used for No Strings Theatre purposes only.
